Browser Google Chrome

The Chrome team is delighted to announce the promotion of Chrome 45 to the stable channel for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Chrome 45.0.2454.85 contains a number of fixes and improvements -- a list of changes is available in the log. Watch out for upcoming Chrome and Chromium blog posts about new features and big efforts delivered in 45.
Security Fixes and Rewards
Note: Access to bug details and links may be kept restricted until a majority of users are updated with a fix. We will also retain restrictions if the bug exists in a third party library that other projects similarly depend on, but haven’t yet fixed.
This update includes 29 security fixes. Below, we highlight fixes that were contributed by external researchers. Please see the Chromium security page for more information.

We would also like to thank all security researchers that worked with us during the development cycle to prevent security bugs from ever reaching the stable channel. The total value of additional rewards and their recipients will updated here when all reports have gone through the reward panel.
As usual, our ongoing internal security work was responsible for a wide range of fixes:
  • [526825] CVE-2015-1301: Various fixes from internal audits, fuzzing and other initiatives.
  • Multiple vulnerabilities in V8 fixed at the tip of the 4.5 branch (currently 4.5.103.29).

Many of the above bugs were detected using AddressSanitizer or MemorySanitizer.

The Chrome team is excited to announce the promotion of Chrome 46 to the beta channel for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Chrome 46.0.2490.13 contains our usual under-the-hood performance and stability tweaks, but there are also some cool new features to explore - please head to the Chromium blog to learn more!

mas aconselham este chrome ou não? eu pergunto porque sempre utilizei chrome mas depois de experimentar à uns meses o mozilla acabei por trocar...
 
Actualmente os browsers estão tão parecidos que é mesmo preferência pessoal. A ultima versão do Chrome está bastante boa, mas se compensa trocar outra vez, só tu o sabes.
 
Sem extensões há maneira de fazer Lock ao chrome? Já vi na net e coloquei nas flags o novo perfil ativado, mas nem assim aparece a opção lock...

Epá, desde ontem que o Chrome deixou de funcionar no meu computador. Hoje continua sem funcionar.
Eu abro o navegador, só que depois todos os separadores que abro ficam brancos, sem nada. Escrevo um link qualquer e aquilo fica a fazer loading eternamente. Nem sequer as páginas dos Settings ou dos Bookmarks me deixa abrir LOL Ou seja, nem sequer posso exportar os marcadores para usar noutro browser. E agora?!
Já tentei abrir pela janela sem registo e também nada funciona. Entretanto, também está sempre a aparecer a mensagem "a página X falhou" e nem me deixa clicar no botão de "desativar", tenho sempre de clicar no "esperar" para a mensagem sair.

O Edge foi o que me salvou (está muito bom :D) e cada vez mais quero abandonar esta bodêga do Chrome.
 
@emanuelparedes O problema é que eu não uso conta no Chrome. E não havia maneira de entrar na conta, pois nada no browser funciona (como disse, nem sequer o menu das definições abre) :-D

Entretanto, mudei para compatibilidade com Windows Vista (compatibilidade com Win8 e 7 também não funciona) e passou a funcionar. Já fiz o backup a todos os marcadores.
Desinstalei o programa, apaguei também pastas e ficheiros ocultos do programa. Instalei de novo através do site oficial e continua exatamente igual, o mesmo problema de sempre. O programa não faz nada. Já fui ver se era o McAfee que estava a bloquear o programa, mas não, tudo normal. Só funciona mesmo em modo compatibilidade com Vista.

E claro, não estou para utilizar isto em modo Vista... para isso, mais vale o Edge.
EDIT: Olha, esquece. Ainda agora fui experimentar sem compatibilidade nenhuma e o Chrome já está a funcionar :lol: Problem solved
Não sei o que aconteceu, mas pronto...
