Developed at Rebellion by the team responsible for the original 1999 PC classic, the all-new Aliens vs. Predator allows players to take the role of three infamous species: Colonial Marines, Predators and Aliens. The game features a unique three-way online multiplayer experience, allowing gamers to battle for survival and the right to be crowned the deadliest species in the galaxy. Each race will also have its own distinct action-packed single-player campaign mode, with a storyline that cleverly interweaves with the other two species' paths. Set on planet BG-386; a human colonist mining group discovers an ancient pyramid containing a dark and horrible secret. Across the galaxy, a race of warriors is alerted to the discovery of their pyramid and a hunting party is dispatched to ensure that it remains sealed at all costs. Deep inside the ruined pyramid meanwhile, nature's deadliest species awakes from centuries of hibernation intent on finding new prey.

The Alien and Predator franchises each have their own, very different mystiques about them. When you put them together one would assume that fantastic awesomeness would ensue. Sadly that hasn't been the case since the Jaguar's 1994 rendition of Alien vs. Predator. Now Rebellion, the company that helmed development on the mid-90s classic is grabbing the reins on the new Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC release that going to hit stores on February 16.

O jogo aparenta ter qualidade pelos vídeos que estão no link que postei a cima, aconselho-vos a ver, ainda vão ser surpreendidos ;)

Este jogo me faz lembrar o Doom 3, mas muito melhor, espero que saia um video de um dos niveis das secções interiores, pois é dos meus ambientes preferidos pra se apanhar um susto.

Um jogo para comprar. Sem pensar duas vezes.

Então se tiver o modo online que o AvP2 tinha, que começavam todos marines e de repente um ficava alien e tinha que matar todos, os que ia matando transformavam-se em aliens.

E o singleplayer como marine é simplesmente fabuloso.
 
Brutal. Fiquei ligeiramente desiludido com os gráficos e com o som da smartgun. Não sei porquê mas estava à espera de mais. Esperemos que o gameplay compense isto tudo.
 
Já estive a jogar na demo.. Parece bastante interessante. Mas no entanto estou desiludido com a parte sonora. A pulse rifle perdeu todo aquele som característico e os gritos dos aliens parecem gritos de gatos..

Yup, na hora de almoço quando queria jogar na xbox360 mesma coisa, logo á noite vou ver se consigo entrar.

Eu pessoalmente preferia uma demo single player do que este MP, que pode afastar muitos utilizadores, sou um "hater demo MP assumido".
