[1º jogo para Consolas da nova geração anunciado] Darksector

Today, Digital Extremes gave the public a taste of the future of gaming when it released the trailer for Dark Sector. According to the Ontario-based developer, the sci-fi action game will be released on "next-generation consoles." That makes it the first specific title released for a next-gen platform other than Death Jr., the PSP game-deck title shown at this year's Game Developers Conference.

While Digital Extremes representatives flaunted the fact that Dark Sector would be a next-generation game, they would not reveal whether or not the game would be released on Sony's PlayStation 3, Microsoft's Xbox Next, or both. They did stress that the scenes shown in the trailer are made up of in-engine graphics, not prerendered CG. The company also did not divulge the game's approximate release date.

Besides launching a teaser Web site for Dark Sector, Digital Extremes also released its high-res trailer. The slick-looking preview showed a high-tech commando evading power-armored guards inside a space station, much like in a futuristic version of Splinter Cell. The trailer ends with the words "New Engine. New Game. New World." on the screen.

Do pouco que dá para ver........impressionante a nivel de gráficos. O motor tem o nome de "SectorEngine"

É sempre imagens in-game, como os bonecos do final fantasy a dançar em tempo real.
Este vídeo, a mim, não me parece in-game por causa das animações dos bonecos, mas logo se verá.
De qualquer das maneiras, gráficamente, nem está nada do outro mundo. Esperava mais destas consolas de nova geração, mas tb os primeiros jogos são o que se sabe.

11 mb mal gastos, os graficos n sao nada de especial, ha la cenas com graficos mt fracos... o video é pekenissimo e nao mostra nada

esperemos para ver
a tempo ate sair uma consola dessas tb e tanto que os gajos quase que tinham tempo para fazer o jogo de novo

Não sei porque é q se dão ao trabalho de lançar estas tretas... a mim pouco me interessa. Tenho mta coisa desta "geração" para jogar e não tou minimamente interessado em teasers ou previews ou o q quer q seja.

Com jogos a demorarem 2/3 anos a sair já cansei de ver previews... qd sairem logo vejo.
