Ajuda urgente!

Galera é o seguinte...
Estou tentando configurar um servidor de FTP em casa...
Criei um domínio no www.no-ip.com, instalei o Cerberus o Bullet Proof, etc e nada!
Quando digito o dominio no meu computador ele entra numa janela de login, mas nao adianta nada! Andei lendo e vi algumas coisas sobre rotear o modem e fazer um portforward desviando a porta 21 pq a BT bloqueia, mas infelizmente não manjo muito disso!
Alguém poderia me ajudar? Tenho até o link de um simulador igualzinho o do meu modem.

Parece que esse ftp server permite um range de x a x portas mas muda todos os 21 para um port acima de 10000

Changing the Port :

The default port is always 21, but you can change this. Many [COLOR=blue ! important][FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif][COLOR=blue ! important][FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]ISPs[/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR][/COLOR] will routinely do a scan of its own users to find a ftp server, also when people scan for pubs they may scan your IP, thus finding your ftp server. If you do decide to change it many suggest that you make the port over 10,000.
  1. Setup > Main > General
  2. In the 'Connection' Area is a setting labeled 'Listen on Port Number:'
  3. Make it any number you want. That will be your [COLOR=blue ! important][FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif][COLOR=blue ! important][FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]port [/FONT][COLOR=blue ! important][FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]number[/FONT][/COLOR][/FONT][/COLOR][/COLOR].
  4. Click 'OK'
