Et é o seguinte...trata-se da minha 1ª thread aqui no forúm, apesar de á muito estar resgistado. E quero continuar a visitar este forúm pois é excelente, aprende-se muito sobre informática e de outros assuntos. O que me levou abrir esta thread, deve-se ao facto de á três dias ter feito um update ao pc e claro formatar o disco e instalar o windows xp( fix os updates)...tudo isto com a ajuda de um user do forúm o Krauli ( para o qual os meus obrigados) ... bem no entanto ontém instalei o norton antivirus professional 2003(com updates) e o Antivir Guard( com os updates)....e foi encontrado o seguinte Worm/NetSky.C ... e foi logo mandado para a quarentena... mas quando corro os dosi antivirus ele ainda é detectado e depois a janela do antivir e do NAV abrem e dizem que foi detectado o worm( blblabla) e isto continua no pc.... Como fazer pa o retirar? patch's?? um formate?

Fiz isso o que se encontrava lá no site...e sakei isso do wormnetsky... fiz os passos Download the FxNetsky.exe file from: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FxNetsky.exe.
Save the file to a convenient location, such as your downloads folder or the Windows desktop, or removable media known to be uninfected.
To check the authenticity of the digital signature, refer to the "Digital signature" section later in this writeup.
Close all the running programs before running the tool.
If you are on a network or if you have a full-time connection to the Internet, disconnect the computer from the network and the Internet.
If you are running Windows Me or XP, then disable System Restore. Refer to the "System Restore option in Windows Me/XP" section later in this writeup for further details.

Caution: If you are running Windows Me/XP, we strongly recommend that you do not skip this step.

Double-click the FxNetsky.exe file to start the removal tool.
Click Start to begin the process, and then allow the tool to run.
Restart the computer.
Run the removal tool again to ensure that the system is clean.
If you are running Windows Me/XP, then re-enable System Restore.
Run LiveUpdate to make sure that you are using the most current virus definitions.


fiz isso tudo e no final não é detectado pelo FxNetsky.exe file ... no entanto o norton antivirus e o antivir guard ainda o detectam :S
