AMD 5000+ and FX62 support socket 939

AMD will release Athlon 5000+ and FX 62 in socket 939 flavours. This is great news for many socket 939 supporters as we believed that 4800+ and FX 60 will be the last stop for you all.
AMD certainly hasn't made a big song and dance about it, but it clearly says on its website that it will support socket 939 with its new CPUs.

Uma das versões do X2, salvo erro para socket am2 tem um tdp mais baixo, daí a denominação small form factor.

pela tabela do teu 1ro post há 3 versões

acho que é isto:

X2 3800 S939 e AM2 os actuais 89W 1.30~1.35v
X2 3800 EE penso que é 65w e 1,2~1.25 ( não sei bem)
X2 3800 EESFF deve de ser 35w 1.025,1.075 (vi isto algures não tenho a certeza mas quase)

we pitted our last Socket-939 sample, the Athlon 64 FX-60, against the two new Socket-AM2 samples we just received: the Athlon 64 FX-62 and the X2 5000+. Remember that the FX-62 actually carries a 125W TDP rating, so it shouldn't be any cooler than previous CPUs, but the X2 5000+ is a new 89W part.

Under full load, the X2 5000+ does appear to be a bit cooler than the Socket-939 FX-60. We've seen in the past that the 1MB vs. 512KB of cache doesn't really result in any significant difference in power consumption, so it looks like the overall decrease in power consumption is because of the improvements in production AMD has implemented at Fab 30. It is worth noting that the Pentium Extreme Edition 965 consumes just as much power as the FX-62, thanks to its 65nm manufacturing process. Even so, we still can't wait for Intel to drive its power consumption levels even lower later this year.

Depois disto, quem é que dá alguma credibilidade ao AnandTech?

FX-62 tem a mesma dissipação térmica que o Pentium Extreme Edition 965? E que tal se fosse verificar como ambas as marcas medem o TDP? É que a AMD quando anuncia o TDP é o valor máximo, enquanto que o valor da Intel é um valor típico, resumindo não é em full load.

Quem tem procura continua pode dar-se a esse luxo.... se eles são vendidos ao preço a que estão para quê baixar? Uma empresa não é a Santa Casa...... antes fosse.
