ao abrir um popup com um report da um erro de runtimre (mas isto so no server onde esta ospedada a pagina)

Para começar, mudar o web.config para veres onde está o problema.

Exacto, defines o customerrors como off, caso contrario apenas consegues ver o erro localmente.
