Bloqueio Intermitente do Portátil a cada 2 Segundos

    Estou a colocar esta questão em nome da minha namorada, já que ela percebe menos de PCs que eu (que já não percebo muito :imwithst:). As especificações do meu sistema são então, na verdade, as do portátil dela.

    O problema é o seguinte: já há uns meses atrás que ela se queixa que o portátil começa a bloquear quando vê filmes ou ouve música (encrava como se fosse um cd riscado, depois dá mais uns 3 segundos, volta a encravar, volta a dar, etc etc). Depois de eu ver o portátil, reparei que não é só o som/imagem, mas sim o sistema todo que bloqueia momentaneamente, porque comecei a andar com o cursor aos círculos e ele também bloqueava juntamente com a música/filme.

    Tive a fechar processos do sistema, mas depois de fechar todos os possíveis, o PC continuava com o mesmo problema... Reiniciei o PC e o problema ficou resolvido, mas alguns minutos depois voltou, e sem motivo aparente (apesar de ter reparado que o problema começou, por 2 vezes, quando abri o Internet Explorer, mas também já aconteceu o portátil começar a encravar com tarefas simples como abrir uma pasta).

    O portátil ainda estava na garantia, então ela mandou-o para arranjar, mas veio igual, pelo que voltou para trás novamente e novamente, tendo já sido reparado sem sucesso por 4 vezes!! e nos documentos que acompanham a garantia está lá discriminado que já trocaram as memórias, a motherboard e os discos, e o problema teima em não desaparecer!!!! :wow:

    Já pesquisei na net mas não encontro nada que possa explicar o que está a ocorrer... Pedia a alguém que me pudesse ajudar, porque o portátil está mesmo a ser necessário e é quase impossível trabalhar com o sistema a bloquear de 2 a 2 segundos...

    sem duvida! é sempre a melhor solução
    fazer um backup de todos os documentos necessarios e fazer uma nova instalação do windows e depois instalar um anti-virus e até um anti-spyware...

    bem, venho-me "intrometer" na thread, mas é problema identico....:)

    eu no pc do My System, acabado de formatar (pelos mesmos motivos) continua a fazer isso....é extremamente irritante, mexemos o rato e ele pára, e depois manda assim um salto do caraças :D

    ha soluçao?

    já me aconteceu uma coisa parecida que ocorria quando no internet explorer aconteça alguma animação por isso penso que esse problema se deve a programas que corram animações como o flash player o shockwave player ou java.

    acontecia-me algo semelhante num pc antigo quando lhe meti o media player 11, no 9 não dava qualquer stress...

    O meu acontece sempre, quer esteja a ver filmes/ouvir musica ou nao, embora quando tenha o wmp aberto faça mais

    Como já tinha referido no post original, o disco já foi substituído numa das vezes que foi para a garantia, por isso formatar não vai fazer nada, porque nem sequer é o mesmo disco... :'(
