Tem mais 1636 pinos que o Haswell/Broadwell-E. Quase que duplica o número de pinos. :| Este socket é enorme.

'portáteis' ROG com cpu e gpu de desktop e sistema WC...lol
 
G.Skill Unveils RipJaws KM770 and KM570 MX Keyboards

G.Skill unveiled two new additions to its RipJaws gaming keyboard lineup, the KM770 and the KM550 MX (pictured in that order). The KM770 offers RGB lighting though Cherry MX RGB keys, Full NKRO with 100% anti-ghosting, the ability to reprogram every single key, dedicated media and macro keys, and an LED volume display. The KM550, on the other hand, features a simpler layout, with media keys bound to the Function key, and a single reddish orange key illumination. This keyboard comes in a variety of Cherry MX switch options.

Não necessariamente. Os chipsets da serie 60 suportavam sandy e ivy-bridge, apesar do lançamento da serie 70.
Não sei se Broadwell funcionava nos 80, não vejo motivo para não o fazerem. Mas também veio a revelar-se irrelevante...

Haverá vantagens reais em ter tantos canais de memória? A não ser que prevejam absurdidades como 14-16 cores não estou a ver tirar vantagem de tanto canal imho...

O GX700 foi anunciado o ano passado e está á venda, não é comum, mas existe.
E devias querer dizer CPU e GPU de portatil, que Asus e cpu's desktop em portateis não é com eles.
E o "WC" ganha-te 10-15ºC..

Bom, isto é adaptado de plataformas server/workstation, onde esses e mais cores são usados e a largura de banda faz falta.
E isto é para os €ntusiastas, que nunca têm de mais de alguma coisa, mesmo que não a usem, por isso.. :D

Sim, 6 canais de memória e supostamente 48 Pci-Express. Mesmo assim, quase duplicar o número de pinos, por estas duas razões, parece-me demasiado. Posso estar enganado, mas penso que haverá mais razões para tanto pino.

No mercado consumidor? Provavelmente não haverá muitos programas que precisem de tanta bandwidth. Mas isto é o filho bastardo de cpus servidor, por isso é comer e calar.

tão será pelo GX800? vi uma noticia de burburinho do lançamento de ambos na Computex 'hoje', mas sim sei que foi anunciado o ano passado

dá a entender que terá, o GX800, um intel k, e uma gráfica desktop isto pelas duas psu's de 330w, uma para o sistema geral e outra para a gráfica imagino?
