O jogo ocorre num mundo macabro, onde o brutalismo da Europa Oriental se depara com tecnologias retrofuturistas. Em Cronos: The New Dawn podes experimentar uma história envolvente onde o passado e o futuro convergem.

No passado, assiste a um mundo assolado pela Mudança, um evento cataclísmico que alterou a humanidade para sempre. Enquanto isso, nas terras devastadas do futuro, cada momento é uma luta pela sobrevivência contra abominações perigosas que irão testar os teus reflexos e pensamento tático.

És um viajante, um agente do enigmático Coletivo, encarregado de vasculhar o futuro em busca de fendas temporais específicas que te transportarão de volta para a Polónia da década de 80.

Ceifar almas
A tua missão consiste em encontrar pessoas importantes do passado, que pereceram no apocalipse. Ao usar uma ferramenta poderosa, poderás extrair a essência dessas pessoas, para que te acompanhem no futuro.

Planeia cada movimento
Num mundo desolado e repleto de perigos, a sobrevivência depende da tua habilidade de criar estratégias e antecipar problemas. Os inimigos que irás encontrar são criaturas grotescas, nascidas do que restou da humanidade. Para as derrotar, terás de usar todo o teu arsenal. Durante as batalhas, tomar decisões rapidamente significará a diferença entre a vida e a morte.

In Ancient Greek religion and mythology, Cronus, Cronos, or Kronos (/ˈkroʊnəs/ or /ˈkroʊnɒs/, from Greek: Κρόνος, Krónos) was the leader and youngest of the first generation of Titans, the divine descendants of the primordial Gaia (Mother Earth) and Uranus (Father Sky). He overthrew his father and ruled during the mythological Golden Age until he was overthrown by his son Zeus and imprisoned in Tartarus. According to Plato, however, the deities Phorcys, Cronus, and Rhea were the eldest children of Oceanus and Tethys.

Cronus was usually depicted with a harpe, scythe, or sickle, which was the instrument he used to castrate and depose Uranus, his father. In Athens, on the twelfth day of the Attic month of Hekatombaion, a festival called Kronia was held in honour of Cronus to celebrate the harvest, suggesting that, as a result of his association with the virtuous Golden Age, Cronus continued to preside as a patron of the harvest. Cronus was also identified in classical antiquity with the Roman deity Saturn.


Francisco Goya painted Saturn Devouring His Son as part of his series of 14 Black Paintings. The painting depicts the Greek myth of the Titan Kronos eating his children to prevent being overthrown, showing Saturn with blood-drenched hands and wild eyes gripping the torso of his son. Goya painted the Black Paintings, which featured dark and horrific themes, after recovering from a severe illness that left him deaf and experiencing nightmares and hallucinations.

A primeira pessoa que se desvenda no trailer... é mais um capacete? O budget não irá para modelos/actores/performances ao que parece.

Depois do ape à "Team Silent" com as plantas do jogo oferecidas com um lacinho, agora resta ver se fazem pelo menos perto da mesma qualidade já que estão a comprometer-se a fazer o tratamento "Visceral". Mas desta vez sem a receita, que não ir comprar/jogar os jogos.
 
Tem bom aspecto, mas por alguma razão não me entusiasmou nada. Talvez, por ter um aspeto genérico. Acho que a Bloober ainda tem um caminho a percorrer para encontrar a identidade.

Mas aqueles jiggle physics..! 😳
