[CSS] liquid layout

Alguém sabe de um bom tutorial para fazer um liquid layout [CSS] que seja simples e eficaz ?

Já googlei mas alguns não são cross-browser outros parecem complicar demais, alguém que dê uma ajuda?

e' que nunca ouvi falar... nao sera um sinonimo de xhtml?

Liquid Layout

All containers on the page have their widths defined in percents - meaning that they are completely based on the viewport rather than the initial containing block. A liquid layout will move in and out when you resize your browser window.

Ou seja, é um layout em CSS, "dinâmico".
