Dell introduces another range topper

Dell has unleashed the new XPS 700 for the European market. The XPS 700 features the same case design of the previously announced Dell Concept PC, but features slightly watered down hardware specifications. Whereas the Concept PC featured a blazing fast NVIDIA Quad SLI graphics subsystem, the XPS 700 can only be optioned up with dual GeForce 7900 GS SLI graphics cards.
The XPS 700 can be had with a 3.73GHz Pentium D Extreme Edition 965 processor, 2GB dual channel DDR2 533MHz memory, 1TB SATA RAID 0 (2x500GB drives), 16x DVD burner, 13-in-1 media reader, Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music card and a Ageia PhysX physics accelerator card.
A base system will run you £1,375 ($2,581 USD) while a fully decked out system will set you back £3,763 ($7,065 USD). Expect to see the XPS on our shores shortly.
