Há muita gente com o mesmo problema, sobretudo utilizadores de GTXs 460 e 550Ti. A Nvidia reconhece o problema e diz que a solução virá no próximo driver WHQL.

This is a developper OpenGL Driver revision 326.98 Windows driver. These provide beta support for OpenGL 4.4 and GLSL 4.40 on capable hardware.

You will need any one of the following Fermi or Kepler based GPUs to get access to all the OpenGL 4.4 and GLSL 4.40 functionality:

Por acaso não, esta branch é pior do que a branch das .24, e pelo que tenho lido estas são piores.Instalei e tudo ok e como não betas devem garantir melhor estabilidade. , agora espero que facam uma major boost para os jogos.
