Overview

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring the teams are performing with respect to Agile/Scrum guidelines and best practices promoting an open, transparent, and respectable team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Conduct efficient and effective daily stand-ups
  • Removes impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
  • Act as a change agent by helping improve Agile practices, team communication, collaboration and recommends improvements
  • Effectively manage projects end-to-end; including stakeholders, planning & delivery
Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years Scrum Master/Agile experience for a software development team
  • Knowledge of User Stories, TDD, DevOps, Continuous Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing
  • Familiarity with TFS
  • Good knowledge with ITIL and other IT Service management methodologies
  • Excellent presentation skills

DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure, VMware, Windows, Automation, Active Directory, DNS

Overview

Due to the continued success and growth of our client, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy and implement infrastructure automation across the in-house developed application estate
  • Create a strategy of workloads using tools such as Docker Datacenter
  • Provide technical expertise on Infrastructure for the Dev teams and remove Infrastructure impediments from the deployment process
  • Identify technologies and tools that can streamline the processes and POC them
  • Validate architecture and technology choices
Requirements

  • Strong skills in virtual machine management and maintenance with Windows OS, preferably with VMware
  • Proven automation and scripting skills
  • Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Puppet, Chef or Desired State Configuration
  • Strong understanding of securing environments
  • Basic infrastructure skills such as DNS, Networking, Active Directory and Load Balancers

A UK leader within their field at looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join their expanding Business Intelligence division. Some of the key skills they will be looking for include SSAS, Cube experience and MDX or DAX would be advantageous. You will take up the role of Senior Business Intelligence Developer and guide / support the Business Intelligence Team to achieve the business requirements.
