@nipnip, penso que não. O PL acontece por saturação desse router edge entre Level3 e Riot. Isto é, logo à noite em hora de mais tráfego provavelmente voltará a acontecer.

De qualquer das maneiras, ainda não obtive qualquer resposta.

o caminho usado desde lisboa, faz uso da cogentco, é um "caminho" diferente do usado pela Vodafone ou mesmo pela MEO
é possível que resolva os problema que indicas, experimenta mais logo

@Varredor pergunta possivelmente estúpida... A Vodafone não tem uma rota alternativa redundante para contornar este estrangulamento no edge router em Madrid? Por exemplo, encaminhar através de outro carrier tipo Cogentco ou HE para ultrapassar o problema na Level3?
