agradeço desde já e se possível a ajuda na aquisição do firmware para tablet slidepad ng 9716 dc pois como não consigo fazer a recuperação de fábrica penso ser a solução instalar nova rom
por favor agradeço a ajuda

HOW TO RECOVER SLIDEPAD NG

• Close the tablet（but it should keep power of tablet ）
• Press”-“first and then press POWER button（1-3 seconds），（it will show opening screen）。
• Then it will entry a picture with red”!” and triangle。
• Then pls. press “POWER” and “+”, we will entry “recover” interface，
• Then you can use “+” “-“button make up and down to choose, then you press” power button” to confirm after choice
