Boas estou m a iniciar no OC percebo mtmt pouco... gustava k m ajudaxem no k podexem para poder obter mais do cpu i da grafica.Ja agr se alguem m podesse dizer se o aibuster e compativel com a minha board agradecia.

o meu pc:
ASUS P4C800
P4 3GHz
FX 5200

kualker info adicional k percizem e so dizr!
O meu mt obrigado desde ja pelo tempo perdido...

Com essa motherboard é quase um crime não ter OC no CPU.

Deves ler no manual sobre as opções da BIOS (frequências, voltagens).

Já agora, são 3GHz.

Diz qual a quantidade (MB), número de módulos de memória, frequência (ex. DDR400).

O overclock também é para a placa gráfica? É que já passaram por aqui duas placas dessas, e não ganhas nada com OC (só experiência em fazê-lo).

Esquece o AiBuster. Systool (www.techpowerup.com)

kuanto a grafica se n der pa a mlhorar a experiencia e bem vinda. este natal deve vir a 7600GT no sapatinho....
memoria tnhu 2 x 512 DDRSDRAM, PC3200 (200 MHz) a 2.5-3-3-8 (CL-RCD-*****-RAS) a kual tb tou a pensar passar pos 2G tendo em vista o vista...
vou mm agr ver o manual... eu n sou completamente ignorante ja m podia ter aventurado estive mm kuaze mas n gosto de cometer erros..

Em relação aos erros, é assim:

Não faças incrementos de voltagem/frequência elevados (por ex. +50MHz nas memórias ou +0.5V no CPU é um ABUSO)
É preciso saber também se o CPU é Northwood ou Prescott. Usa o cpu-z (www.cpuid.com) para o efeito.

Já agora, acho que é AiBooster e não AiBuster

Porque: não altera correctamente as frequências/voltagens, não tem grandes opções, existem programas com muito mais funcionalidades.

E porque o melhor overclock é feito pela BIOS.

ok aconteceu algo bastante imprevisto antes de começar a fazer o OC testei a estabilidade do pc i para meu espanto deu fatal error ao fim de 5horas! e normal isto?? para os interessados aki ta o k aconteceu @ ORTHOS :

Já viste a temperatura do CPU? Pode ser disso ou memórias avariadas :S

Depois respondo a isto, se entretanto ninguém o fizer.
 
devo entao alterar a AGP PCI ou n, n percebi.As temps tao no 56º max no cpu!é alto pa 1 pc sem OC ne?como posso saber se e das memorias?? continuo sem perceber a razao do erro fatal no orthon!

Então será provavelmente devido à temperatura do processador ou a motherboard a ceder (menos provável).

Se tivesses alguém que soubesse mexer aí podias pedir-lhe para mudar a pasta térmica disso. É que 56ºC não é pouco.

Tenho ali um a 33ºC em carga máxima (mas com um bom dissipador). Portanto o teu não deveria chegar aos 45ºC sequer (estamos no Inverno)
