MMO Honor Reset

Para o WoTLK, a honor e as marks vão ser apagadas:

As many of you know we will be featuring a new Battleground, a dedicated world PvP zone and all new PvP items in Wrath of the Lich King. In order to make the transition from The Burning Crusade to Wrath of the Lich King flow as smoothly as possible, all accrued honor points will be reset at the launch of the expansion. We do this to ensure select players do not have an unfair advantage at level 80 from stockpiling honor to instantly purchase the newest Wrath of the Lich King PvP rewards. For those with unspent honor points prior to the release of the expansion, we will be offering a few upgrades and special rewards in next content patch solely for purchase via the honor system.

I read special items and now that's all I care about. Screw the upgrades what are those "special" things going to be?
The items should be on the PTRs now, or very soon.

Same as others have posted, curious about what will happen with pvp tokens/badges accumulated? possible to get a blue to clarify this please?
Marks of Honor will be wiped as well.

Segundo o mmo-champion o pvp gear não vai precisar de marks só de Arena Points, Honor Points e Arena Rating.

Já agora para quem não sabe os requisitos do gear de PVP:

Exacto, vi agora que compreendi mal. Mas quando ele disse Badges e como estamos a falar de PvP penso que eles se referia às marcas dos Battlegrounds, porque badges nada tem a ver com PvP.

De qualquer forma farmar Badges para quê? :|

Eles devem de por a dropar badges de lvl 80 na instances de lvl 80 , acho que nao fazia sentido chegarmos a 80 e gastar as BoJ e ficar logo full epic

Claro que metem. Estes Badges of Justice não vão valer nada. E agora vai haver mais que um tipo de Badges pelos vistos, uns de Raid outros de Heroics.

Pois mas vão aumentar bastante os preços pelos vistos dos items PvP...

Esta decisão de não fazer reset, fazendo uma comparação com o PVE.. era quase como deixar os jogadores de level 70 farmarem heroics a força toda pelos badges agora e dar para comprar items a 80 com esses mesmos badges. Acho que seria natural um reset total, visto ser outra vez o início quase de um novo jogo, mas enfim.. eu também não gosto de PVP é indiferente para mim, mas penso que assim permite a muitos PVP freaks farmar honor e marks a dar com pau, para estoirar tudo na expansão.. o que não me parece muito correcto.

Não me admira passado 1 dia verem pessoal todo equipado já a maneira ..

O que é simplesmente ridiculo e só vai demostrar o quanto ridicula a Bliz anda neste ultimos tempos ..
Era reset e tudo começar de novo...

Para mim é igual.. mas a vantagem que o pessoal que tem honor farmada não vai ser assim tão grande, a cap actualmente é 75k, pelo que vi um belt de honor a nível 80 está a custar 65k.. no máximo ficam com uma peça quando chegam a 80.
