Shipping
All Items are shipped via airmail and usually ship out 6 to 48hrs after order is received unless its a preorder item than it will be shipped day of release. Arrival time should be anywhere from 1 to 14 business days. Postal delays can increase delivery times. If you occur longer shipping times contact your local post offices and customs offices.
USA & International shipping rates are $7.49 cdn per game title (ie PS2 videogame title) which is equivalent to $7.00us , 3.50GBP , 5.25Euro this rates changes according to the exchange rate on the day you purchase your item. Larger Items such as consoles and controllers, and PC Games have higher shipping costs due to their weight. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping costs.
Canadian Shipping rates for a regular software item (ie PS2 videogame title) is $2.99 cdn anywhere in Canada. Higher weighing items are a little more you can see the exact cost before completing checkout.
Courier shipping is also available via DHL Express. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@*****.ca for a quote on shipping to your location.
Returns
Items can only be returned for exchange or refund if they are in their original packaging and have no damage. A 15% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee.
Items can only be exchanged or refunded at the expense of the customer with regards to sending the item back to our facilities and re-shipment of the new item. *****.com, .ca may only exchange items if the item is received in the original sealed packaging and in identical condition that it was dispatched from our facilities.
*****.com, .ca is not responsible for lost items being sent back to us. Please use an insured courier with tracking information to avoid such an occurrence. *****.com,ca is will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us and re-shipment if needed to the consumer.

Refunds can only be made when the item is received back in our possession in the original condition that it was sent out, IE. Sealed and unused. We do not offer a refund on pre-played product only an exchange. A 15% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee.
All refunds are subject to a 5% service charge to cover costs of transaction processing.
All refunded preorders are subject to a 5% service charge fee to cover costs of transactions. All preorders are taken in full because the product is then prepaid for by us to our suppliers. If a problem arises from not being able to source your preorder within a reasonable time period and a refund is requested, a 100% complete refund will be issued. We also reserve the right to rescind the contract due to product unavailability.
