Boas.
Tenho um problema com o internet explorer.
Sempre que tento abrir a pagina do IE ela não abre,tenho ligação a net,mas IE nada.
Instalei o firefox e funciona as mil maravilhas.
Alguem me podera ajudar a resolver o problema do IE?
O sistema operativo é o Win Vista.

spyware se calhar??

tenta correr um programa que detecte spyware.

Outra coisa que podes tentar é ir ao botao do vista e ao "executar" e escreves : "iexplore".

Se não funcionar podes sempre tantar reinstalar o IE7.

Mas se queres a minha sugestão muda para firefox depois ;););)

Ja corri o AVG e o ccleaner e não detectou nada.
Já tentei istalar o IE7 e diz que o vista não suporta o IE7.
Vou mesmo ficar pelo firefox.

Está boa essa de que o Vista não suporta o IE7:-D Estava a Micro$oft bem arranjada a ser verdade.

Desinstale o IE com o Revo Uninstaller www.revouninstaller.com corra de novo o CCleaner com as opções todas marcadas, reinstale o IE7 e teste.

Eu uso no Vista o IE7 e o Firefox

Ja desistalei o IE7, voltei a instalar e nada.
A info que aparece é que o IE7 não é suportado pelo vista.
Vou fazer o que disse e depois digo alguma coisa.

O CCleaner não limpa spyware, porque é um registry cleaner, não um anti-spyware. Já o SuperAntiSpyware é um anti-spyware.

Tente fazer um scan com o Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
 
esta a fazer scan e já detectou 1
já tinha corrido ccleaner e o superantispyware e ambos davam zero, mas no inicio tinham detectado vários
de qualquer maneira o pc não me deixou fazer os updates após a instalação do malwarebytes

Quanto ao IE não sei se tem solução, como sabe o IE8 ainda não está em versão final pelo que os problemas são normais.

Eventualmente terá que fazer uma reparação do Windows, mesmo assim sem garantias de sucesso.

Quanto ao restante...

Descarregue e instale o HijackThis.

Use o instalador (Installer), que cria as pastas apropriadas e coloca um ícone no ambiente de trabalho.

Arranque o programa usando esse ícone e clique no botão Do a system scan and save a logfile.

No final abrir-se-á um texto em Notepad. Copie esse texto e coloque-o aqui.

Depois disso veremos o que terá de estranho que possa estar a causar problemas.

tirei o disco da máquina a fim de tentar detectar e actualizar noutra máquina, mas pelos vistos, não detectou grande coisa, vou voltar a por o disco na máquina original e seguir essas instruções

Faça a limpeza clicando em Fix checked, confirme se necessário e encerre o HJT.

 Reinicie o sistema e teste.

Desinstale todas as versões de Java Runtimes (JRE), via adicionar ou remover programas, e instale a versão mais recente:

Boas novamente Blue Zee
estou a seguir atentamente as instruções que me deu
o HJT já fez o fix e após reiniciar já não constavam as linhas que referiu, presumo, e após analize minha, saliento, leiga, consegui perceber mais ou menos o as linhas e e o pq de estarem a mais/substituir outras do sistema.

Já desinstalei as aplicações Java
estou neste momento a instalar o SP3
tudo "em modo offline"
...entretanto SP3 instalado sucksexfully ;)

Já tinha pensado instalar o SP3, mas antes pensei que haveriam updates críticos a fazer, e como não conseguia por o IE a correr para os fazer.... Nem me lembrei que poderia fazer o download do SP3 numa tentativa de substituir alguns ficheiros e corrigir outros.

Julgo ter esse IE8RC1 que me deu erro, mas por via das dúvidas fiz o download novamente para o instalar novamente, IE8 que já me arrependi, podia muito bem ter ficado pelo IE7, enfim
já coloco feeedback, positivo, espero

De qualquer maneira saliento as tuas 5 estrelas

consegui instalar o SP3, o windows update fez uns updates na taskbar, apenas por aí e instalou através do shut down, depois instalei o IE8, pois o sistema não me deixava instalar o IE7, pois o anterior ero o 8, instalou tudo bem, mas de facto net, só consigo ter no firefox
