I think HP is serious about Leap Motion controller integration. Fresh from building the controller into its Envy17 laptop, the PC maker has now introduced a USB keyboard featuring the same technology.
According to Leap Motion, the keyboard is being offered with 11 of HP's desktop and all-in-one systems. Those include the Envy 700, the Envy Phoenix 810, the Pavilion 500, and the following all-in-one machines:
HP ENVY Recline 23 Beats
HP ENVY Recline 23 TouchSmart
HP ENVY Recline 27 TouchSmart
HP ENVY Touchsmart 23
HP ENVY Touchsmart 23 SE
HP Pavilion 23
HP Pavilion 23 TouchSmart
HP Pavilion 21 TouchSmart
Leap Motion says the systems are "now for sale on hp.com." All of them come with pre-installed Leap Motion software and access to the Airspace Store, where users can download a host of apps designed to take advantage of the controller's motion sensing capabilities.
You can find out more details (and purchase some of the aforementioned machines) here on HP's website. I don't see an option to purchase the keyboard separately—although of course, desktop users can already pair the stand-alone Leap Motion controller with their existing peripherals.
