1) Improvements in convenienc
- You can add your WashTower to the Home Dashboard using LG ThinQ.

- You can hide the "No Signal" message that pops up on the screen displayed when there is no video input signal
- With DRM-related compatibility enhancements, the problems of some videos not being played in some applications have been fixed (applicable to certain countries and applications only).
2) Others

- You will be asked to select either LG ThinQ or Google Assistant to use the voice recognition feature.

Aconteceu-me o seguinte:

A televisão tem estado impecável, todavia hj estava ligada e sem querer a minha mulher mexeu no interruptor e desligou a TV. do nada, quando desligou apareceu o ecran azul com a zona das legendas tipo escuras tipo burning.

Fiz o Refrech Pixel mas não resultou.
Aguém já teve uma situação idêntica?
Já experimentaste desligar a TV da tomada, carregar no botão de ligar para descarregar completamente, esperar 15 minutos, ligar na tomada e voltar a ligar a TV?

O que me aconteceu a mim quando voltei das férias, única altura em que a deixei completamente desligada da corrente, foi que sempre que a ligava tinha uma coluna de stuck pixeis que depois se tornou permanente. Só lá foi com troca de painel.
 
Alguém costuma usar a app RTP Play? De há uns dias para cá que deixou de funcionar na minha C9, dando erro de ligação à rede.
As restantes apps funcionam sem problemas.

Se a solução do @Blue Zee não tenha resolvido o problema, experimenta atualizar a tv para o novo firmware. Na changelog está esta correção:
  • Improved DRM-related compatibility, fixed an issue where certain videos did not play in some apps. (limited to some countries, some apps)
Talvez resolva o teu problema.
 
Desinstalar e instalar não resolveu, continua com o mesmo problema :(
Em relação ao firmware, quando procuro novo firmware recebo indicação de que não existem actualizações. A versão que tenho instalada é a 05.10.25.

Tenta desligar a TV da eletricidade durante uns 15 minutos.
Liga de volta e testa.

Entretanto tens o firmware 05.20.07 disponível desde ontem no site oficial da LG Portugal:

Podes descarregar e instalar via pen USB.
 
Isto deve trazer aqueles updates q vieram mencionados aqui à umas semanas atras pra B9 certo?
