I understand that the headset is not working after updating the Operating System to Windows Vista.
I would like to inform you that the headset does not require any drivers to operate. They operate with the drivers of the soundcard. However, if the headset is not working, please test the headset by connecting to a portable sound device such as a Walkman or portable CD player. If the headset system works on the Walkman, then you are experiencing a configuration issue with your sound card. Please contact your sound card manufacturer.
Please follow the steps given below to ensure that the headset is selected as the preferred device on your system.
1. Click on Start | Control Panel | Sound.
2. Here select the tab Playback.
3. Now, select the preferred audio device for Sound Recording and Sound Playback.
4. Click on Ok.
Now check if the headset is working fine on your system. If the headset is not working then test the headset on another computer preferably on the Windows XP Operating System and check if it works. If the headset works with the Windows XP Operating System and not on Windows Vista Operating System, please contact your computer vendor for further assistance to configure the headset on Windows Vista Operating System.
