Asus P4S8X :
ASUS P4S8X is probably the first mainboard that features the new SiS chipset 648. As we have seen at the Computex exhibition held in Taiwan earlier in June, most manufacturers were showing off their P4 solutions based on this newer chipset 648 (NB)+963(SB). What makes the ASUS P4S8x stands out from most of the rest is probably the on board S-ATA and Ez-plug for using of conventional ATX 2.01 PSU. With the new MutIOL with 1G of bandwidth, it doubles what the 645DX chipset offers. Would this translate to better throughput ? We shall see. Below are some information about the mainboard
