If you check the link from the site, it says upto 16GB RAM but it doesn't mean it's 16 GB for all models. The specification will still be depending on the exact model. You may also check the part details here https://lnv.gy/33vmsrz and you can see that the built in memory is 8GB. If you wish to upgrade the RAM to 16GB, you have the option to do so as the maximum capacity is 16GB based from the general specifications here https://lnv.gy/3mqXbav. Hope this clear things up. Na verdade, nas especificações do produto estava 16GB. Tirei print.

Edit: portanto o consumidor ao comprar tem de adivinhar se são 8 ou 16? Que risada...

Eles acabaram de provar que eu tenho razão. A fundo preto são sempre as especificações genéricas (top) do modelo. A branco as específicas de cada versão. Tenho um print a branco a dizer 16GB. Não há dúvida que temos razão, resta saber se isso vale alguma coisa...

Ou seja. Até podia só trazer 1 GB de ram. E se isso é válido para a ram o que é que impede de ser válido para os restantes componentes?
 
Nunca nos irão dar razão. Eles prendem-se ao facto de terem enviado o artigo correto (código do SKU), que por sua vez só tem de facto 8GB. A questão é que no site, naquele momento, aquele artigo tinha indicação de ter 16... Mas vai ser uma luta difícil.

Eles estão a tentar fugir com o rabo à seringa, e pelo que parece parecem estar mais receptivos a receber os portáteis todos de volta para os venderem como refurbished do que a enviarem um novo stick ou devolverem alguem dinheiro.
