Pela imagem, o teclado já parece ter a ordem em português.
Agora não sei se mais algum país usa o mesmo tipo que nós, desculpem lá a pouca sabedoria
Mas que é um teclado atractivo, é.

Se reparares, o teclado da imagem não tem os caracteres PT que não são usados no RU, como p.e. o "ç" e os acentos.
