Siga, bora lá especular que nem uns desalmados. Here at Computex we have the privilege of meeting a lot of companies’ employees ranging from CEO`s all the way down to Customer Service. We were very fortunate to speak with someone from Nvidia at a restaurant. We can not say who this person is, or what position this person holds. According to Him/Her, Nvidia will invade the processor market in the long future, telling us that it could take years but eventually - it will happen. When we asked if everyone in the company knew about it, he/she said that only a few of the highest executives are privy to this info. First we saw Nvidia with their graphic chips, and now we see them taking market share in the motherboard chipset market. Now Nvidia has announced their nForce 500 series for Intel Core 2 which is supposed to improve Intel`s popularity in that area. Basically, when Nvidia has improved upon their current success, they will use that advantage to surprise both AMD and Intel with a competing CPU. When we asked him/her about AMD/Intel buying Nvidia, the guy/lady started laughing. Companies are always trying to grow, and we know that Nvidia has the knowledge and the power to make it happen. For these reasons, I personally believe what this person has claimed. Only time will tell.
