Problema Pixel morto ecra novo

Boas a todos.
Comprei um monitor Msi optix mag27cq 1440p 144hz ainda não tem 1 mês
Ontem ao fazer ALT + TAB a tela ficou preta e reparei num pequeno ponto branco na tela.
Peguei para confirmar criei um fundo negro e coloquei fundo de ambiente de trabalho e la continuava ele.

Agora bem a pergunta dificil a nivel de garantia o que posso fazer?
Devolver o ecra não posso já passaram 19 dias.

Não estou muito satisfeito com esta situação devido a ser um monitor caro e em menos de 1 mes já ter 1 pixel morto..

Liga para a loja, explica que o monitor é novo e que queres activar a garantia.

Well first you need to know what pixels are. You got 3 different types. Stuck, dead, and hot pixels.

A dead pixel is always off, there easy to spot against a white background.

A hot pixel is always on. They are mainly very bright white pixels and are easy to spot against dark backgrounds.

A stuck pixel is mainly blue, yellow, green or red but sometimes a light dark.

Stuck pixels can be fixed most of the time. There's several ways to do this.

1) use a program that quickly flashes different backgrounds in various colors. Try using jscreenfix or something similar. (sometime it can take a few hours of continuous flashing the screen)

2) rub it uusing a stylish and a damp paper towel, apply a gentle pressure over the effected area.

3) tap it. Cover something up and rapidly tap the pixel.

(option 2 and 3 can have obvious risks, so be careful)
