NOTE: We are currently doing some testing of a new application called dTASSER on 32 bit linux, 64 bit linux, MacOS X G4 and G5, MacOS X Intel. We are also in the process of upgrading the boinc server software to version 5.9.2. In the process of the testing and upgrades the web site may have problems. There are 10,000 short dtasser test jobs waiting to be run. When these finish we will look at the output and make whatever adjustments that are needed before sending out more. Windows versions of dTASSER will follow as soon as we can figure out how to compile it.Fico à espera das WU's para Windows...02/07/07
New versions of dtasser are available. NOTE: New versions of dTasser for linux 32 bit and linux 64 bit have been released as dtasser-0.2. The 32 bit linux version should work on a larger range of machines with older libraries. The previous version would not run on older machines and none of the output would validate because the debuging information will not pass a bitwise validation. The Mac binaries for both G series and Intel series failed on machines that did not have gfortran installed. We are working on a solution to this. There may be another set of test jobs this evening.
