WAN Profile: Streams into the RG. With a profile of 1 SD/3 HD, you can watch 4 live channels at the same time. Up to 3 can be in HD.
Ingress Profile: Streams into the DVR. With a profile of 1 SD/3 HD, you can record 4 channels at the same time. Up to 3 of those channels can be HD channel. When 3 HD channels are being recorded at the same time, a 4th live SD channel can be watched.
Egress Stream: Streams out of the DVR to the STB's. With a profile of 1 SD/2 HD, you can watch 3 programs previously recorded on the DVR on the STB's at the same time. Up to 2 of those recordings can be in HD. Watching a recorded program on the TV connected to the DVR does not use an Egress Stream.

Your on a 19M profile which is a 2/2 for IPTV service using HD. Access the gateway 192.168.1.254 and look for max sync available and SN margin. For 3HD need a 25M profile and 4HD requires a 32M or higher (55,90) profile. For the 25M profile need from around 32-45M as max available. With good SN (15 or greater is best). If the max available is high enough need your profile changed by tier 2, likely a service call, in order to have the TV portion changed. Is it possible previously was a bonded pair and now a single pair? Resulting in lower profile with lower HD options.
