Problema touchpad

Estou com um problema num computador portátil HP 15-g004sp, AMD Quad-Core A4-5000 APU com placa gráfica Radeon HD 8330.
Fiz um upgrade ao disco e coloquei um ssd com o windows 10 64bits, depois de tudo atualizado surge um problema o touchpad, a deslocação do ponteiro do rato trava(lag) momentaneamente.
Inicialmente pensei que tinha danificado alguma coisa ao colocar o disco, contudo depois de verificado o problema continuava.
Pensamento logico, o touchpad danificou-se, com um rato externo resolvia o problema, só que azar o meu o problema continua, também fica com lag ao arrastar na tela.
Pesquisei na internet a procura de uma solução e não consegui nada, até que fui aconselhado por um amigo a desativar a gráfica amd e o problema desaparece (incompatibilidade dos drivers).
Apos a desativação da gráfica realmente o problema desaparece, só que a resolução da tela é muito baixa e visualmente desconfortável.
Já instalei diversos drives da gráfica e os últimos aparentemente o problema desaparece, só apos alguns dias o computador faz atualizações e volta tudo ao mesmo.
Será que existe uma solução definitiva sem desativar a gráfica?
Se poderem ajudar agradeço.

Vamos lá ver aqui um ponto, meteste um ssd com windows 10??? queres dizer que instalas-te o SSD e depois o windows certo e não o SSD já com o windows instalado.

sendo que se o problema não existia antes dessa operação, não tem qualquer razão de ser aparecer depois, a não ser que o sistema operativo tenha problemas.

Se instalas os drivers da gráfica e fica bem, depois do windows update é que volta a fazer isso, tens de bloquear os updates, a driver que vem pelo Windows update é que está a gerar isso.

1. Use the Group Policy Editor​

  1. Press the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut to start Run.
  2. Type gpedit.msc and press Enter or click OK.
  3. Navigate to the following key in the Local Group Policy Editor:Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Update
  4. Double click on the Do not include drivers with Windows Updates.
  5. Select Enable, then click on Apply and OK to enable the policy and stop including the drivers in Windows updates.
  6. Restart your computer.
Most of the times, getting the latest driver updates is a great thing but for some, installing a new driver can cause all sorts of problems.

System administrators especially want to install the drivers manually for their endpoints so the steps above will help you disable the automatic driver inclusion with Windows 10 updates.

2. Use the Registry Editor​

  1. Press Windows key + R to start Run.

  4. Edit the ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate DWORD with any text editor like the Notepad and change its value from 0 to 1.
  5. Navigate to the following key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Update\ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate
  6. Change the value DWORD from 0 to 1.

Editing the registry will also block the inclusion and the installation of the drivers in the Windows 10 updates so go ahead and perform the steps above.

3. How to install optional drivers​

  1. Type updates in Windows search and click on Check for updates from the results.
  2. Click on View optional updates.View optional updates
  3. Now click on Driver updates to expand the section.
  4. Select the drivers you want to update and hit the Download and install button from underneath.
  5. Wait for the drivers to get installed and restart your PC.
If you disabled the automatic update for the drivers within Windows 10 updates, you would still need to update them manually from time to time.

Sim instalei o ssd e depois o windows, a instalacao correu bem, alias eu por causa do problema reinstalei duas vezes o windows.
Pelo que soube o problema existe so em sistemas que tenham placas graficas amd, nao souberam explicar o porque apenas que tinha de destivar para resolver.
O problema nao existia pois tinha o windows 7 instalado, so surgiu com o 10.

Ao desligares a grafica ficas com a resolução afectada?

Quanto as actualizações podem ser desligadas isso não vai influenciar a segurança, podes ir instalando manualmente os updates, a maior segurança continua a ser entre a cadeira e o monitor.
 
Sim eu sei que essa é a maior segurança, o computador e para oferecer por isso eu apenas desativei a grafica, estavam sempre a chatear por causa do rato. Quanto a qualidade resolução grafica até nao ficou mal.
Vamos ver como corre.
