Problemas com Ethernet Intel i226-V

Bom dia pessoal!

Montei o meu primeiro computador com material todo novo, está tudo a funcionar ás mil maravilhas exceto o acesso de Internet por cabo

Tenho a motherboard ROG STRIX B760-A GAMING WIFI D4 e pelo que tive a ver na Internet o controlador/porta, "Intel® Ethernet Controller I226-V" tem tido bastante problemas e o meu é o seguinte:

Tenho que colocar a negociação da velocidade em 100Mbps Full Duplex para que a placa de rede detete o cabo. Mas estou a perder 400Mbps daquilo que pago pelo serviço.
Por exemplo, se colocar em 1Gbps Full Duplex ou 2.5Gbps Full Duplex, simplesmente é como se não tivesse lá o cabo, a porta não liga.
Estou a usar Windows 10, não sei se no 11 o problema já está resolvido.

Se alguém mais entendido poder ajudar, agradecia imenso!

Basicamente descreveste o problema que existe com essa placa ethernet, so funciona msm se limitada aos 100 MBTS.
Isso e um anomalia conhecida e decumentada destas board LGA 1700 com placa Intel rede.
Era suposto ser lancada uma solucao firmware para resolver , se existir, aparece no site da Asus junto aos drivers... Senao so com uma placa dedicada wireless ou ethernet.

Muito obrigado! Sim eu já reparei que é uma avaria geral, mas também já vi relatos de que alguns já conseguiam com 1Gbps...
Embora já tenha os drivers mais recentes, continua com o mesmo problema... Bem tenho que esperar por drivers futuros a ver se resolve. É demasiado mau um produto recente ter tantos problemas....
Não consegui perceber onde posso relatar o problema junto da Asus/Intel. Sempre era mais um a expor o problema.

I was having a lot of reconnect events in the windows event viewer with the I226-V controller "at least 1 event every 3 minuets"

Was able to fix it by installing the latest driver "Intel 2.1.3.3 from 2/9/2023" then going in to the "Power Management Tab" of the Controller's Properties and unchecking "Allow this device to wake the computer" and "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" options then pressing OK

I did not change any other settings.
Has been three days and I have not get any my disconnects events in the windows event viewer.

If the boxes are left checked with driver 2.1.3.3 I was still getting the windows event viewer alerts.

Not sure if the older drivers would have been ok with just unchecking the power options or not.

Muito obrigado. Contudo já fiz isso e continua sem dar. Aliás esse user está com Windows 11. Eu como tenho o 10 talvez ainda não esteja solucionado
