Publicar programa do Visual Studio 2010 com base dados MYSQL

Boas pessoal

Eu preciso de uma ajudinha, terminei um programa feito no visual studio 2010 com uma base dados MySQL criada através do MysqlWorkBench

Fiz o publish do programa com o ficheiro "Mysql.data.dll" com a opção include e se correr o programa no pc onde foi criado o programa corre tudo bem, mas se instalar noutro pc instala mas quando tenta aceder a forms com acesso à base dados dá o seguinte erro...

Fui ver as definições do JIT mas tenho tudo selecionado :mad:
 
Parece-me bastante simples. Pelo que diz o erro:

A base de dados MySQL não está a ser encontrada nos outros computadores.
Tens que ver se o MySQL está bem instalado nos outros e se as configurações da BD são iguais.
