Remover a acentuação nas legendas divx

Alguém sabe se é possível remover a acentuação das legendas?
Quero remover as acentuações para assim poder ver filmes no dvd de sala, sem caracteres que substituem as letras com acentuações.
Tenho feito essa substituição no wordpad, mas isso obriga-me a substituir todos os à por a e assim sucessivamente. Queria saber se existe um programa ou outra forma mais simples de o fazer.

E por acaso o teu leitor não tem nenhuma actualização de firmware disponível que corrija essa situação?

Sem ser a fazer isso que tu fazes (fazes logo substituir tudo).. não vejo outra forma mais prática.. só se alguém tiver feito um programa para isso

penso que o subsync faz o que pretendes, mas tambem acho que existem uns programas muito melhores na qual nao estou a lembrar-me do nome, alguem te pode dizer num ajuda...
 
Ai vai um script do MS word para remover os acentos: (o problema é que você não pode usar o word para salvar o arquivo, então é necessário copiar e colar no notepad para então salvar o arquivo, isso porque o word grava o txt com outra tabela de código)

Pirex, depois de fazer muitas conversões "no muque", legenda a legenda, descobri um programinha que facilita. Pelo menos é possível resolver o caso de várias legendas de uma só vez, embora ainda seja preciso ativar as substituições uma por vez: "á" por "a", "à" por "a", "é" por "e", e por aí vai.

Caso tenha interesse, o que eu baixei (não sei se é o melhor, mas é o que me pareceu mais "econômico" e confiável) foi o software "Search and Replace" da Nodesoft:

É pequenino e funciona bem. Unico problema é que tem de ter o ".net framework " da microsoft intalado, mas isso nao é dificil conseguir, basta buscar no google. Tem muitos outros programas nesse estilo, mas esse é oque me pareceu mais "economico ". Se alguém conhece outro igualmente simples, leve e eficiente,eu adoraria conhecer tb :)
