Edit: Esqueçam, já está resolvido. Independente da idioma do OS, o fix para o Media Center é em inglês:

Boas, este problema ainda está por resolver para pessoal com XP Media Center.
Tenho tido problemas a tentar ajudar uns amigos.
Raios partam a mania dos fabricantes instalarem o MC nos portáteis.

nao e so a calculadora.. tmb n pods instalar nda a partir de CD ou DVD.. e nem funciona o Activ Sync para pocket pc..

The security update KB925902 is a critical security update and should be implemented by all users. Customers with the Realtek HD Audio system tray icon may experience the failure above.
The issue is not with the Realtek HD audio driver, but in a conflict between two Microsoft provided updates. Microsoft is aware of the issue and has already created a document and fix for the new issue caused by installing KB925902.
Applicable SKUs/Regions
World-Wide – All Windows XP SKUs with Realtek HD Audio
In order to see the issue, Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Microsoft updates KB925902 (MS07-017) and KB928843 (MS07-008) must be installed.
