Router smc barricade configurar??

Boas. Preciso de ajuda urgente!!
Tenho o adsl activo na minha linha telefonica a pouco tempo,o ISP é a simplesnet. comprei o router SMC adsl2 Barricade g (SMC7904WBRA2).
Estou de momento a configurar o router, penso que faço tudo bem, com as indicações presentes no site da simplesnet:

Password - Chave

Encapsulamento PPPoE LLC


VPI 0


VCI 35

Depois de fazer "finish" não consigo ligar a net.
Num log diz:

Pelo que percebi disto o username e a pass nao aceitam e pus exactamente igual a qual a operadora simplesnet me forneceu.

Alguem que me possa ajudar?? Please!!
