Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ e S23 Ultra

Eu comprei o meu S22 e com a retoma do S20 deram-me 440€. Fiquei muito admirado porque nem era o modelo do ano anterior por isso com o S22 é possível que o valor ainda seja maior.

Também estou como tu se encontrar um bom negócio vou para o s23+

Here’s what to expect from Galaxy S23’s performance

The Galaxy S23 series is expected to go official in early February 2023, but many of its features have already leaked. It is widely considered that all Galaxy S23 series units worldwide will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Now, for the first time, a report claims what kind of performance improvement we can expect from Samsung’s upcoming phones.

According to tipster Ahmed Qwaider, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-equipped Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature a sizeable jump in performance compared to their predecessors. The upcoming phones would reportedly feature 36% better CPU performance, 48% faster GPU, and 60% faster NPU (Neural Processing Unit used for AI and ML acceleration). The devices are also expected to feature a better chipset cooling solution for better performance under sustained loads.
Previous reports indicate that Samsung might have stuck a deal with Qualcomm for an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Going by benchmark figures, this particular version of the processor has a 170MHz faster CPU clock speed (for its Prime CPU core). Its GPU could be clocked at 719MHz. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 also features faster RAM (LPDDR5X) and storage (UFS 4.0), which should result in a considerable performance jump.

Apart from raw performance improvement, the Galaxy S23 series is expected to bring brighter screens (all variants at 1,750 nits), improved colors in outdoor conditions, a better selfie camera (12MP Dual-Pixel AF), 8K 30fps video recording, and satellite connectivity. The Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ are getting slightly bigger batteries, at 3,900mAh and 4,700mAh, respectively.

E sobre o S24 Ultra (ou o rival iphone 15 ultra), visto que o S23 já não vai a tempo:

Galaxy S24 could get an upgraded telephoto camera

While we’re still waiting for the Galaxy S23 to go official, rumors about Samsung’s 2024 flagship smartphone have already started circulating. As always, we can expect Samsung to improve the camera performance of its high-end phones, and the same is true for the Galaxy S24.

Samsung phones already offer the best camera zoom performance in the industry, with the Galaxy S23 Ultra being the current champ. According to tipster Ice Universe, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will reportedly feature an even better telephoto camera sensor and improved zoom mechanism. However, there’s no clarity on what the new zoom solution actually is.

LG Innotek recently unveiled a new telephoto camera lens mechanism that offers a continuous zoom range from 4x to 9x. It means that you can capture images sharp images at all zoom levels, starting from 4x and ending at 9x, similar to dedicated digital or DSLR cameras.

LG Innotek developed the zoom actuator (component for moving the lens to change the focal distance or to set to the clean focus) to realize clear and clean image quality in all sections between the 4~9 times magnification.

Zoom actuator is a key component of the camera module that has definitive impact to the image quality. To obtain the high-definition filming material, the zoom actuator must move the lens quickly and accurately to set the focus. Especially, the 'Optical Telephoto Zoom Camera Module' has long lens moving distance (length of the lens moving section), so controlling the moving distance accurately is very important.

The zoom actuator developed by LG Innotek not only provides accuracy compared to the existing component, but also high moving speed and durability with less battery consumption. LG Innotek's zoom actuator is also added with the control technology of moving the lens precisely in micrometer (㎛, 1m per 1 million) unit.

Moreover, the OIS (Optical Image Stabilizer) applied with the new design method reduces the blur phenomenon from shaking, and increases the definition. As the zoom camera can show the shaking more clearly, OIS is considered a key function.

In addition, the module thickness was minimized to remove the 'camera bump'. In the general optical zoom module, the focal distance is longer in the higher magnification to result in thicker module, and to solve this problem, LG Innotek newly innovated the lens design and module structure.

After a series of leaks and rumors surrounding the Galaxy S23 series, Samsung has confirmed the Galaxy S23 launch date. The company has revealed the information via its own website, and it is pretty much guaranteed that the South Korean firm will launch the Galaxy S23 at its Galaxy Unpacked 2023 – Part 1 event.
According to Samsung’s website for the Colombian market, the next Galaxy Unpacked event is happening on February 1, 2023. The tagline for the event reads, “Epic moments are coming.” The promotional image also reveals the three rear cameras of the Galaxy S23 series, featuring individual rings around them, similar to what we’ve seen in the leaked renders.
As per previous reports, the Galaxy S23 series could go on sale by the second week of February 2023. Samsung may not increase the pricing of its new phones compared to the Galaxy S22 series. However, nothing can be confirmed until the South Korean firm makes it official. As usual, Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event would be live-streamed on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel.

Samsung's official picture proves that yesterday's rendering is fake, and the camera circle is different. Remember, you can only trust Ice Cat in rendering. When everyone believed it, I stood up and told you it was fake.

Galaxy S23 series will bring some neat new camera features!

The launch of the Galaxy S23 series is only a few weeks away, so we’re seeing more and more details about the new flagship phones leaking over the internet. Earlier today, official Galaxy S23 teaser videos were leaked, revealing how Samsung will be focusing on improved nighttime camera performance, and we now have information on some of the neat new camera features Samsung will introduce with the Galaxy S23 series.

Some of the biggest new improvements will be exclusive to the Ultra model, and one particular feature that only the S23 Ultra will have is the ability to shoot hyperlapse videos of the sky, building on the astro photography features Samsung brought to existing Galaxy S Ultra flagships through the Expert RAW app. However, it’s unclear whether Samsung will keep astrography features separate through the Expert RAW app or if it will add them to the default camera app on the S23 lineup.

Galaxy S23 will introduce Pro mode support for front camera

We are also told that Samsung will be bringing improvements for users who like having more control over the shooting parameters while taking pictures. Samsung’s smartphones have offered a dedicated Pro mode for many years, and now, Samsung is bringing Pro mode support for the front camera.
Finally, there will be the option to save RAW copies of photos in 50-megapixel resolution. Right now, Samsung smartphones can only save RAW copies of pictures shot in Pro mode in the default camera resolution (which tends to be 12 megapixels on most devices) and not at the full resolution of the camera sensor. With the Galaxy S23 series, Samsung is changing that, and it’s a feature that’s likely to be available on all three models, though we aren’t fully certain of that.
