Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE gets official in Germany, starts at €649
The much-leaked and very rumored big mid-range Samsung tablet is now official in Germany, and it's not called Galaxy Tab S7+ Lite or anything like that, as previously hinted at.
Instead, the Korean company went with Galaxy Tab S7 FE, in a rather obvious bid to unify the naming schemes of its phones and tablets. So "FE" now stands for "great value for money", or "flagship killer", something like that. Well, not literally (it's still "fan edition"), but you get the point. This is basically a cut down version of the flagship Galaxy Tab S7+.
Cut down, but not literally, in size - the base model of the Galaxy Tab S7 FE has a 12.4-inch 2560x1600 LCD touchscreen with 60 Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 750G SoC at the helm, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, an 8 MP rear camera, a 5 MP front-facing camera, and a 10,090 battery with 45W charging (with a 45W charger sold separately it goes from 0 to 100% in "about 190 minutes").
There's an included S Pen too, and you get an app called Clip Studio Paint preinstalled and available for free in the first six months. The tablet supports Samsung DeX too. The Galaxy Tab S7 FE measures 284.8 x 185 x 6.3 mm and weighs 608g.
It's been listed in Germany in Samsung's own online store for €649 in the entry-level configuration mentioned above, but also with 5G support. We assume an identical variant without 5G would be around €50-100 cheaper whenever it decides to appear. There are also likely to be higher-end iterations coming soon, with more RAM and more storage.
As for colors, right now you can pick between black and silver. It's not available yet, but you can reserve one if you want to, by hitting the Source linked below.
