Amazon has leaked virtually everything about the Galaxy Tab S8 series​



There’s no way to put this kindly, but Samsung’s been doing a terrible job lately at keeping its upcoming products under wraps before their official unveiling. The Galaxy S21 FE was leaked far and wide before its early January event, and the Galaxy S22 series is getting a similar treatment. Likewise, the upcoming Galaxy Tab S8 flagship tablet series holds no mysteries at this point, so what’s another leak to the growing pile?
Amazon Italy just went ahead and leaked the upcoming Samsung flagship tablet series on its own, complete with color options and spec sheets. All three Galaxy Tab S8 variants with different connectivity, storage, and color options are now listed at Amazon Italy.
Evidently, the products are not yet available for purchase, but the landing pages include photos as well as detailed specifications. We can only guess that Samsung is getting ready to release the Galaxy Tab S8 series in Europe very soon, and Amazon jumped the gun.


Galaxy Tab S8 series leaked Amazon information​

The Galaxy Tab S8 series is listed with Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity options, with 128GB and 256GB of built-in storage, in color options including silver, rose gold, and gray.
Every tablet variant is accompanied by an S Pen as well as a spec sheet that confirms display sizes, battery capacities, camera details, and more. Needless to say, if you’ve followed the Tab S8 series story thus far, these Amazon listings won’t reveal anything you didn’t already know about the upcoming tablets.
Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Tab S8 trio with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Display sizes range from 11 to 14.6 inches, and the Ultra model will be the only one featuring a dual selfie camera setup. All three variants run Android 12 out of the box.









 

Here’s what the Galaxy Tab S8 series will cost in Europe at launch​


Samsung will unveil whatever’s left to unveil about the Galaxy Tab S8 series at Galaxy Unpacked 2022 on February 9. As you probably know by now, the tablet trio leaked on several occasions before, but pricing details are vague. Or rather, they were vague up until now.
Pricing details concerning the Galaxy Tab S8 series in Europe emerged moments ago on Twitter via @rquandt. According to this new info, the Galaxy Tab S8 will have a starting price of €749 for the 8GB+128GB variant, and the price can go as high up as €1,599 for the most powerful Tab S8 Ultra model. Here’s the breakdown.

Galaxy Tab S8 series specifications revealed in full, again​

The prices above should correspond to the European continent, and they will vary slightly depending on the market, retailer, and so on. Likewise, prices in other regions like the USA, India, etc., should be slightly different. We’ll keep you posted once we find out more about Samsung’s plans for the global market, but for now, these European prices are a good starting point.

Tudo muito bonito... A cena é pagarmos uma nota preta por um gadget destes e ainda temos de comprar um carregador à parte... Eles estão a uniformizar os carregadores para funcionar em multidispositivos? É que se não é esta a ideia é bastante mau...

A versão mais pequena continua a ser o parente pobre. Nada de Amoled e agora tem o scanner das impressões digitais na lateral.
Estranho nos S22 terem aproximado o normal e plus do Ultra e aqui nada.

Não haver AMOLED no Tab A ainda se aceita, mas num S é de estranhar, ainda mais quando pedem 800 euros.
Quando comprei há 3 anos atrás o meu Tab A 2018, a gama S tinha AMOLED por metade do preço.

Já nas versões 5G do A22 e A32 trocaram os painéis SAMOLED por TFT.

Juntando o preço que pedem pelo S21 FE, a Samsung anda a aproveitar-se com a desculpa do suporte de updates longo para inflaccionar preços e cortar na qualidade dos ecrãs.
 
O s7tab 11' já nao veio com amoled. E se queres saber pouco me importa, apesar de cá em casa ser tudo amoled/Oled nao me sinto minimamente defraudado com esta excepção 🙂
