Sem acesso ao site

Boas,
passa-se algo q nunca me tinha acontecido...
costumava ir a um forum de fotografia www.digiforum.com.br e nunca tive problemas até há 1 semana, qdo coeçou a aparecer uma msg:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Ora no meu trabalho tenho acesso ao forum, e vocÊs podme confirmar...
até enviando um email para administração do mesmo recebo emails de erro:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

alguém me sabe dizer como ultrapassar isto?

Ja viste no file hosts se está algo a bloquear?
