Swiftech MCW60-T Thermoelectric GPU Water Block

The MCW60-T is a fully assembled liquid-cooled thermoelectric (Peltier) solution, specifically designed for high-end graphics processor. Operating temperature ranges from ambient to freezing levels, depending on the heat load, and thermal capacity of the liquid cooling system. The MCW60-T features a 188 Watts built-in thermoelectric module that can be operated from 12 to 19 Volts.

This means that a highly overclocked and voltage modded GeForce 7800 GT can be cooled down to 17'C with the TEC operating at 12V, and 10'C with the TEC operating at 19V.

The MCW60-T Peltier GPU water block is compatible with all NVIDIA GeForce series cards from 6800 to 7900 and all ATI Radeon series, including the latest X1900 video cards. Only the GeForce 7800 GS AGP version users can not mount this beauty on their video card. If you order the MCW60-T direct from Swiftech, it will cost you $123.50.

Fogo ta bem que me parece ser bastante bom, mas quase 100€ por um bloco que refresca APENAS o core do GPU é uma beca puxado-te....

ou seja, a água em vez de arrefecer o bloco vai arrefecer a parte quente do peltier?
cheira-me que o bloco vai estar não apenas quente mas sim a ferver.. e depois derrete o plástico!

100€ por um bloco não é nada do outro mundo... é um preço ao nivel dos wb's para GPU da aquacomputer...
o pior mesmo, é arranjar 180W para alimentar este animal... normalmente isso envolve custos adicionais.

a Swiftech ja apresenta produtos baseados em TEC, ha algum tempo... deve ser das marcas que mais confiança oferece em produtos deste tipo.
claro que, sem potencia... acontece merd*

eu ja tive... a grafica morreu ao fim de 2 meses..lol mas enquanto deu foi fixe..

o problema é so o isolamento para a parte de tras da grafica.. a amostra de neopene que a swifteck mandou nao servia pra nada..
