symantec corporate antivirus 9 ERROR LU1847

Error: "LU1847: LiveUpdate could not determine if there is an update for this product because the update list for this product list is corrupted"

tenho este erro. o liveupdate não actualiza. já tentei fazer o que dizia na pagina da symantec mas não resolveu. alguem ja teve este problema ou alguem que saiba como o resolver?

Desinstala todas as apps Symantec , apaga as pastas, reboot e instala novamente ...
