Tive a pesquisar e já lá existe um tópico "animado" sobre estes testes, o que aconselho a quem quiser "partilhar" os resultados destes testes com os sempre uteis moderadores da zon é a postarem os vossos resultados neste tópico:

Off-tópic: shii... é só canalha nesse forum. Por acaso nunca o frequentei, mesmo quando tinha TVCabo, as agora que vi... :( todagente provoca os admins, manda bocas, etc... assim não admira que eles se fassam passar por burros, é a melhor maneira de responder à infantilidade de grande parte das pessoas que vão lá!
Por mais razão que uma pessoa tenha, quando não sabe expôr o seu ponto de vista de uma maneira séria e educada, perde a razão toda.

Infelizmente já se vê muito disso aqui na Zwame, mas lá parece ser o cúmulo!
 
Coloquei lá os meus resultados às 08h50 da manhã, são agora 11h25 e ainda não foi colocado no tópico, ainda está para análise dos moderadores, ehehe, isto parece a censura, e atenção eu, ao contrário de algumas pessoas que por lá andam, não tratei mal os moderadores, apenas coloquei o resultado que também partilhei aqui, vamos a ver a que horas é divulgado.

Tal como indicado nos resultados que cita, retirados do Site em questão, estes testes apenas apontam a possibilidades e não certezas de qualquer tipo de shapping. Deveremos ter em conta que o Servidor do Site em questão se encontra alojado num domínio Alemão e que passa por vários Servidores até chegar aos nossos, ou seja, poderão existir interferências não relacionadas com os Servidores em Portugal que influenciem os testes e resultados apresentados.

Mais uma vez informamos que a Zon TvCabo apenas efectua um controle mediante a aplicação da P.U.A., que por sua vez se encontra publicada aqui no Site Oficial para consulta.

A resposta da ZON sem querer enterrou-se...

Se os servidores da Sapo, Clix, Netvisão, Cabovisão, etc. Não têm qualquer tipo de interferência e o deles em quase todos os clientes tem só prova que os servidores deles não valem nada! Resumindo: " Vendem gato por levre " :P
 
A ignorância dessa resposta da zon...o teste consiste em o mesmo servidor mandar pacotes TCP normais, e pacotes com assinatura de BT.

Se o servidor é exactamente o mesmo, a unica variavel que muda é o facto de ser um pacote de aspecto Bittorrent,e este sofrer o shapping...é preciso fazer um desenho para eles perceberem a barraca que deram na resposta?

Depois não querem que lhes chamem nomes...
 
Eles percebem, não duvides que percebem. Mas é vergonhoso contratar a velocidade X e acabar por ter a velocidade X/100!
