Monolith has always been known as a game developer who puts a lot of emphasis on the storyline and deep gameplay in their games and Tron 2.0 is no exception. After an excellent opening credits sequence, the single player storyline began with a tutorial on the many ways Jet can interact in his new computer world. Much like No One Lives Forever 2, Tron 2.0 has some RPG lite aspects put into the gameplay, where after accomplishing tasks and finding items in the game Jet gets to level up at which point the player can boost various aspects such as holding more energy, health, weapons proficiency and more. In addition, Jet also picks up various sub-routines that can modify his abilities even more, such as jumping higher or taking less damage. Some programs have to be analyzed before they can be identified and used by Jet. There is also the threat of corruption as the villians virus program can actually infiltrate your systems which will require your running an anti-virus program to reverse the trend.
