Tenho uma torre e um portatil. Tenho 200mb's de internet.
Quando ligo o portatil, no speed test consigo atingir os 200mbps, mas reparei que quando lanço o GTA Online na steam, que a velocidade passa para 10mbps
A torre fica sempre a 200mbps, e mesmo que a desligue, a velocidade no portatil nao melhora
Se desligar o steam, no portatil, a velocidade tambem nao melhora. Fica sempre nos 10/8 mpbs. So se voltar a reiniciar o portatil é que consigo voltar a ter os 200mbps ate lançar novamente a steam.
No Task Manager na coluna de rede, nao aparece nada a com consumos por ai alem. Os programas com mais consumo estao sempre nos 1% e é sempre 1 ou 2.
Como é que posso resolver isto? Ha algum programa que possa utilizar para monitorizar o consumo de banda?
