Há quem diga que é pre-render.. mas a baixa resolução não deixa tirar grandes conclusões..

O pessoal nos fórums do youtube anda convencido que é um título para a Wii..

This game I don't think they gave a title to, but it will be the first next gen Star Wars game. They showed us the force powers test that got Lucas to sign off on its development. The graphics looked like a slight step above KNIGHT OF THE OLD REPUBLIC, but the force powers were really cool. We saw a few different Jedis fighting Stormtroopers (not clone troopers). A chick is standing in what looks like a landing platform on Kamino. She charges up her force powers and blows a box off the platform. Next one had a bunch of Trooper standing behind a series of boxes. She charges up longer, the air around her hands radiating. She lets loose, the rain being blown towards the Troopers who are swept away over the edge along with the boxes.
My favorite was a male Jedi who stumbles across a Stormtrooper in a trash pile, mumbling to himself about who would leave the place as trashed as this. He sees the Jedi, charges and with a flick of his hand the Trooper is lifted into the air and slammed against the ground (very much like the Clone Wars episode when the sith witch wipes out all the Clone Trooper around Anakin). He's lifted again, a lot of the debris from the ground lifts with him. He's slammed again and again, then slammed against the far right wall. There's a giant pipe there. He holds on for dear life, straining against the force as the Jedi pulls him away. He pulls the giant pipe free and crashes down to the earth. A TIE fighter's screech can be heard the view point moves to the left, seeing the TIE swooping in, firing. The Jedi lifts the debris and Trooper and throws it at the TIE, blowing it up.
Pretty neat. Hope the game play is easy to get a handle on. Sounds like a ton of fun.

Portanto, fazer levantar um monte de detritos com a Força e mandá-los contra um TIE-Fighter..

Eles dizem que vai haver um jogo SW para a Wii.. Tendo em conta que estes podem ser apenas conceitos de jogos em CGI, algo muito parecido poderá perfeitamente aparecer na consola, usando o Wiimote para controlar a espada e os poderes da Força.

O video ta brutal, mas é pre-render. Embora pareça estar a usar o motor do jogo....

Isso tb vai sair para pc, nao? Os outros sairam pelo menos....
 
Não sei para que plataforma é... mas ao ver o video devo dizer que gostava de o jogar com o wiimote, sem duvida; parece-me perfeito.

Quanto aos graficos não acho impossiveis de correrem assim numa consola de todo. mas também não deu para ver muito de cenários abertos, etc.

Ou seja... a ser CG o enfase não seriam os graficos mas sim o gameplay.

A Old Republic que vemos no KOTOR data uns 1000 anos antes da guerra dos clones. Tu aí vês Stormtroopers (que aparecem depois dos Clonetroopers) e um TIE-Fighter.


Não, não é um KOTOR.

Era mais depressa uma sequela do Jedi Knight, com o Luke Skywalker e o Kyle Katarn.

July 21, 2006 - In a Star Wars panel this afternoon at the San Diego Comic-Con, LucasArts representative Steve Sansweet confirmed that the company that would be working with all three next generation systems, most importantly for us, the Wii. During the Q&A session, a younger gamer took the microphone and asked if the company would be showing support for the newest motion-controlled Nintendo console. Sansweet's responded simply by stating the likeness between the Wii controller and a lightsaber, followed by a statement that LucasArts would be supporting every next generation system.

No word was given as to what possible titles could be on the way, and there was no further comment on the Wii. Nintendo fans were speculating that the somewhat "bad history" between LucasArts and the Big N could hurt the chances of a Star Wars or Indiana Jones Wii title, so the affirmation of total next gen. support is great news. More as it develops.

Ai que me vão fazer gastar dinheiro numa WII! :D

Isto não é claramente KOTOR III, até porque o KOTOR III não se passa nessa época (e já se sabe perfeitamente o que se vai passar no KOTOR III, pelo menos quem viu o final do II sabe).

Cheira-me sim a mais um Jedi Knight Series.

Por aqui também me cheirou a isso...
O video tá soberbo..e não me admirava nada que a Wii tivesse este jogo...afinal, seria perfeito para usar os controladores da consola :D

Eu nunca tive grande interesse em SW mas... arremessar os adversários contra o chão, parede e seja lá o que for com o wiimote seria lindo. :002:

Exacto :confused: que estão muito bem feitos e loucos, sim é verdade, mas tipo, nunca em nenhum filme (talvez um pouco na batalha entre o yoda e o imperador, mas não tanto) se viu um jedi com tanta força. Não acham que estão um bocadinho exagerados?

De certeza que não podem usar poder atraz de poder sem se cansarem. Pelo menos eu espero que assim seja porque senão vai tirar a piada ao jogo.
Nos filmes nenhum Jedi "abosou" do uso desse tipo de força, talvez por não se quererem cansar com meros Stormtroopers. Já nos combates entre personagens importantes, como por exemplo o yoda e o imperador, não há muito uso dessa força para o filme não se tornar desinteressante, penso eu. Qual a piada de ver dois tipos a tentarem levantar-se um ao outro durante 15min. e tentar usar outros objectos para arremessar contra o adversario e ver o adversario a bloquiar esse objecto...?

Rapaz, vou "fazer um desenho":

KOTOR = Old Republic
Filme = Stormtrooper


Stormtrooper != Old Republic


logo,

KOTOR != Stormtrooper.
KOTOR != Filme.


Traduzindo para a história dos filmes, a Old Republic acaba no episódio III e os stormtroopers aparecem no episódio IV.

Então se der para amarrar uns wiimotes aos pés tambem vamos poder fazer os mesmos movimentos ridículos! :D





Em relação aos poderes, é verdade que nos filmes eles são um bocado mais reservados, mas na série Jedi Knight tanto o Kyle Katarn como o Jaden Korr fazem voar dezenas de soldados com o force push (depois de evoluído ao máximo).
