Visualizador de eventos -Erros- Windows10

Boas, não sei se é normal ter tantos erros no visualizador de eventos, mas eu tenho MESMO muitos (alguns vieram com o windows 10).

Se alguém tiver paciência...

Tentei resolver o erro DistributedCOM de 2 maneiras mas não consegui.

As 2 maneiras são diferentes mas a parte inicial é a mesma
No 5. "Apply full control." da-me o seguinte erro mesmo que siga em frente na 14. "Look for the corresponding service that appears on the error viewer." nao aparece {D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160} nem {9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}.
No link com o mesmo erro se seguir em frente quando clico WPN Srumon Server>Segurança não deixa clicar (http://puu.sh/kdFSh/6b6d092008.png) caso clique na hiperligação vai parar aqui.
