Voip Ligação Pelas Redes Móveis

Pretendo aderir a uma ligação por uma das operadoras da rede móvel (TMN/VODAFONE/OPTIMUS KANGURU) a internet.
Mas a TMN e a VODAFONE dizem-me que não posso fazer chamadas de VOIP com esta ligação por impossibilidade tecnica a OPTIMUS diz-me que é possivel.
Alguém pode informar-me se é possivel ou não fazer chamadas de VOIP por uma ligação deste tipo?

Desde que tenhas internet é possivel não sei quem raio te respondeu que não..

A não ser que a velocidade fosse mesmo muito pequena não sei o q impossibilitaria as chamadas voip de serem efectuadas..
 
Telefonei e a TMN e a VODAFONE disseram-me que não é possivel por esse serviço ter sido bloqueado.
Já a OPTIMUS permite as chamadas de VOIP sem qualquer problema, parece que o pessoal tem de mudar para o Kanguru pode ser que assim alguém da TMN e da VODAFONE canhe juizo.

Please start Skype and open the main window.

To enter the proxy, open the "Tools" menu and there the entry "Options".

3. In the window which opens automatically, please choose the entry "Connection". Change the setting "automatic proxy detection" to Socks5 for the use of the Socks5 host as a proxy server. Enter localhost as hostname and per default registered port 1080.

* If you have changed the port for the Socks host in your Your-Freedom main program under the register card ports, you must use the port number allocated there instead of 1080.

4. Finish the setup process by clicking on the "Save" button. After that, restart your connection to Skype. To do so, please confirm the following dialog with OK and exit Skype. Once you start Skype again, your new settings are active.

Congratulations! Your connection to Skype is now running via Your-Freedom.

Na Optimus não tens qualquer bloqueio, a unica limitação será a largura de banda k normalmente é mais k suficiente... De qualquer forma n sei qual será o bloqueio de outros operadores...
