you seem to have some confusion between what a delay (time between things) and duration (time of something) is. I'm 99% sure that what you mean is you need a prolonged press of the power button to turn on the tv. this setting can be found in the following location: in the setup, devices tab, settings (for the tv), adjust power settings, off when not in use, separate buttons for on/off. then, on the screen to select the power on command, you will select the correct command and also see that there is an option for how long the command will be sent for (duration). note, as this is not a delay, it's NOT under the delay settings. the reason you keep losing this setting/proper functionality is that it's an internal flag flipped by logitech for certain tv make/model combinations. when you edit certain power settings (incorrectly so), you end up losing this option until you delete and readd the device. so, in short, delete your current tv, add it back in, confirm that the duration is the right duration for the command based on the original remote and leave the power settings alone after that. of course, after the power on command screen, you'll have a similar screen for power off and then a 'check' of your activities. be sure to finish those steps and then update the remote
