O jogo ja esta em pre-order na Game, ja experimentei o jogo na ps3 , e esta bom mas não é o verdadeiro Ut :(


UK retailer GAME is now offering the Xbox 360 version of Unreal Tournament III on a pre-order basis. Unfortunately no ETA is given, but it is encouraging to see the pre-order scheme in any case.

Sempre podiam melhorar o UT com esta release para a 360...

A propria Epic Games disse que devia, ter trabalhado um pouco mais no jogo.

E para mim deviam definir parametros e nao tentar copiar o estilo de outros jogos tipo de Battlefield com mapas gigantes e veiculos, meu rico UT99 em que nao andava muito e tinha War durante o mapa todo!
 
UT3 to look better on 360, no split screen for PS3

Mark rein has hinted that Xbox 360 version of Unreal tournament 3 will have better graphics than the PS3 version. The Epic boss said that they have spent more time on the 360 version which means it has benefited from more optimisation. The 360 version will also feature four player split screen, something Rein said will not be coming to the PS3. Rein says PS3 owners should be happy with user generated mods.

When asked what version of UT3 has the better graphics, Rein replied: "You'll have to judge that for yourself. I think it goes without saying that the more time you spend on a product the more optimisation you get, and you can draw your own conclusions from that. But this is a great version of the game. And now we have split screen as well. A lot of optimisation was necessary for this version to get decent performance with split screen. That was no easy task."

He added: "They've got mods! They've got their thing. They've got easily exchangeable user created mods. Whether this game gets that or not, it won't have it at ship. They've got they're thing and they should be happy. They've got a great thing going."

Rein did, however, reveal that Epic hopes to "make some improvements" with mod support on PS3 "some time down the road", although he didn't want to commit to specifics.

Assim talvez compre o jogo. É que depois de ter saído à 6 meses o jogo já não me despertava tanto interesse, mas agora que sei que terá melhores gráficos, split-screen, mods e uma referência ao gears of war sou capaz de o comprar.

Era lindo que tivesse uma beta do GoW2!!! Aí é o que o jogo vendia bem! :P

Eipc boss Mark Rein has told OXM UK that the best user created mods will be made available for the Xbox 360 version of Unreal Tournament 3. "We know some of these great mods are going to play a role on Xbox 360, even if we have to get some people and bring them over ourselves," he said. "We'll figure it out." It is believed that the best mods may become available as downloadable content on Live.

Rein confirmed that Epic is talking with Microsoft about getting round the company's reluctance to share user-generated content, and is "cautiously optimistic" that a solution is coming.

He did say that it was unlikely that "user exchanged mods" would be included in the game because it's so close to release, but Epic hope to have a solution at a later date.

This suggests the possibility of Epic trading in mods as downloadable content - effectively publishing the best user-created content over Xbox Live.

É natural... aconteceu o "inverso" com o Oblivion, mas há pessoal que ainda não compreende este simples conceito + tempo = + optimizado.

É um jogo que deve vender bem, mas a competição é grande... Halo 3 e COD 4 dominam o Live!
 
Eu só espero que eles não coloquem os mods no marketplace e nos obriguem a pagá-los! Não estou a ver a epic a fazer isso, mas a microsoft...:rolleyes:
 
Nem sei se isto encaixa melhor neste tópico ou no do Gears of War 2 mas aqui vai aço:

Já disseram que não há demo do GoW 2 para ninguém... faz mais sentido que algum personagem do GoW seja jogável no UT3, ou que haja um novo mapa inspirado no GoW.

E andaram montes de tempo com aquela conversa toda da treta em como a X360 não tinha espaço para levar todos os extras da Versão PS3 na altura que lançaram o game para a PS3 Só HYPE que fazem ás cenas depois encontro isso na net a flutuar com 3.43 GB (3,677,732,677 bytes), e leio que a versão X360 vai rebentar, 2 players na mesma consola, mais mapas, exclusivos, trailers de Gears 2 e mais outras cenas, lol, sinceramente, espero que nem 1milhão vendam para ver se lhes serve de emenda, mas com conteudos relacionados com o Gaers 2 duvido muito.

esta mais que provado que o dvd que a x360 usa tem espaço mais que suficiente para que jogo for...

Mmmm que me lembre só se falava dos conteudos adicionais, que dão na Ps3, e na x360 não a conta da Ms ....
Não me recordo de ver nimguém a falar que o UT3 não cabia num DVD (aponta aí uma fonte)... enfim...
Depois mesmo a ser verdade(não me recordo mas até acredito que seja) ... desejar que um jogo venda mal a conta do espaço que occupa... é no minimo hilariante(isso é quase desejar que o motor do Bmw do vizinho do lado dê o berro... portuguese tipical)...
